Types of data we collect
- Identity: name and title.
- Contact: email address and phone number.
- Booking information: pickup and drop-off addresses, and flight details.
- Payment: transaction references. Card details are handled securely by our third-party payment provider and are not stored by us.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email support@executiveairports.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookie policy
We ask before setting anything that is not strictly necessary. Nothing in the optional categories loads until you allow it, refusing is a single click, and refusing leaves the site fully usable.
Strictly necessary
One entry in your browser's local storage, recording the cookie choice you made on this page so we do not ask again. It contains no identifier, is never sent to our servers, and is re-asked after 365 days.
Analytics
Google Analytics, so we can see which pages people use. Off unless you turn it on. No Google Analytics request is made until you do.
Maps
The Google map on our contact page. Loading it transfers your IP address to Google, so the map is only built once you allow this category. Our address is written out in text either way.
Changing your mind
Use the Cookie settings button in the footer of any page. It reopens the panel with your current choices, and withdrawing consent is exactly as easy as giving it.
Live customer reviews
Our home page and reviews page load published customer reviews from our own booking system at app.exat.uk. This is our own service, not a third-party tracker, and the request carries no information about you beyond what any web request carries.
